Default Got a rose thorn in my finger, now my whole hand hurts!

Yesterday, while cleaning house I threw out some old roses in a vase.
A few hours later, threw out some other things, and as I pushed down the trash, forgot the roses were there and got one of the thorns stuck into my knuckle. It stuck into the knuckle of my ring finger, at the base of my finger. By bedtime, my finger was stiff and painful. When I woke up this morning the two fingers on either side were also stiff and painful.

No swelling, no redness, just stiff and painful. Anyone else experience this pain from the site of a cut or injury?

Thanks,

Terri
