Rose & Melody - thanks for your answers. I have been taking 1000 mcg for about 10 days - I think I might try upping to 2000 and see what happens. I might also try the cotton balls!

Mary,

Go and see my updated thread on Alan's foot ulcer healed. I just posted the pics of the new shoes we bought today. He is also wearing the spongy things between his toes. We tired the toe separator things the doctor gave him, but they didn't spread his toes out wide enough.

I just cut some visco-elastic foam stuff and made my own. He is in heaven. Or as close to heaven as a person with PN can get.
