This is a good idea.

My son says we can back it up on the back up we have (not sure how to put 2 computers on it tho) and get them that way.

There are only about 15-20 that I have graphically improved..I can CD those.
And redownload the others from the memory cards (2).

Oh, and running water, electricity, are greatly appreciated. You would not imagine living with recharging, pumping, etc.
--and of course, no flushing toilets!

I have some fun pics of hubby, the cats, and some splendid hummingbirds!
A nice sunset too.
I can just plug in the laptop here and run it off the router... then put some
on my Flickr account.

But now I am sooooo tired.... we both are. Getting rather old for the sort of thing. Closing up and driving all day. The cats were very good. And hubby caught them in record time. (before 7am.) Last year 2 hid out under the storehouse...that was a 2 hr project getting them out. Next year they will remember the trick he used this summer...so we will have to figure out a new strategy! LOL

Uh, excuse me, No flushing Toilets?????

That would do it for me. If I couldn't go to a bathroom with flushing toilets, well, I would probably be stopped up for a week.

I could never have lived in the olden days where you traveled by covered wagon and there were no toilets!!!

Now, I don't know when the toilet was invented BUT. God Bless the person who invented it.

That's all I have to say

lol

Oh, thank goodness. Every time I got on here, I would look.... No MrsD.... I was beginning to think you were not coming back...

We cannot wait to see the pictures and are glad you are back: safe, sound and with modern plumbing...

Welcome back,
Cathie

Wink Flickr...

I just put up some pics on Flickr...

www.flickr.com/photos/mrs_doubtfyre

It is nice to be back...I missed everyone. The rest and recuperation is nice, but the living spartan style is tiring and stressful after a while.

Please excuse any typos on Flickr... I did it with the laptop. Also you need to click on each picture to read the text fully. Enjoy!

Default I sort of agree with Mel--

--no flushing toliets, intermittent Internet at best, chasing cats--you call that a vacation?

It's great to have you back--have fun catching back up (a few thousand posts at a time).

Great pictures MrsD - your husband, the animals, birds, scenery, etc., but have a question? Why is there not a picture of you? I know, your the one taking the pics but come on - we want one of you too.
