I have such confusion though I know everyone here swears by the B12. I have been told by most of my docs to not take it. I know everyone says here the docs have no clue but I'm trying to follow the regimen they want. For me though my levels are high but who knows. Does a reumotolgist know about this too cause the endo didn't seem to touch the issue?I hope you find what works for you.

Most doctors would never recommend any supplement or vitamins except a multi-vitamin capsule. They get most of their information from pharmaceutical sources.

I notice a real slump in energy when i get a bit slack taking B12 Cynno, even though i still take a multi B & vit C every day.
When i first started to taking b12, i took 2 to 3 mg B12 Cynno every day for 3 months then got a b12 test done and was only 750 approx, Rose said i must have been malasorbing badly to get a reading like that, so i will never stop taking it.
I eventually got my Bobo Visa card and ordered b12 Methyl from Iherb today.

Deb,

Good grief! Where do you find these people! Even more ignorant than most . Aaaaaargh.

Thank goodness you know better.

I can only echo everyone's reply - by all means go back to your Me-B12 regardless of the docs. I'm fortunate in that my PCP supported me for either the B12 shots or sublingual. I've been taking 2000ug/day now for ~6 months. My 1st B12 level after taking the supplement ~2months was ~750, maybe low by the forum standards but much higher than my previous levels so I'll continue taking it for the duration.

As all of you know, Methyl B-12, simply put, saved my life!!!

There's isn't a doctor out there who could give me a good enough reason to go off of it.

I tried for two days (seeing if I stored enough), and well, I got tired. So back I went. I take one pill in the morning when I get up. It's a 5000 from iherb.com.

I can only say I HOPE THEY NEVER GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

To go from tingling, burning, buzzing, and ants crawling up my legs, to NOTHING AT ALL, well, I'll just keep taking my Methyl B-12, thank you very much.

Melody
