We used to call overshoes "rubbers" or "galoshes". They used to make them for high heels. They were shaped just like 3" spike heels in a clear rubber. My mom used to put dimes in the heels to keep shoe's heel from tearing it up.
But these look more practical. Especially the ones with cleats for those living up north with long winters. |
