Hi I never did hypnosis but in group today and in the past we did guided imagery/relaxation. I have severe anxiety so this is still a hard approach but I do see it helps a little. They have tapes out even maybe at like Borders. How about acupuncture? I know its been brought up in the past but my ex step sister swears by it. To me needles in my body when a fan blowing feels like a gun shot doesn't sound good but who knows.
