I had my first session on Wednesday, and it went very well, i felt much more relaxed after it and my feet did hurt lessfor quite a while after. Unfortunately, i developed another respiratory infection which became quite nasty last night, so i havent been able to practice much and ill have to cancel my second appointment for monday. Hopefully ill be able to get into the pulmonologist today and start to get on the road to recovery. If i cant ill be flat on my back in just a few more hours. Ive had enough the last six years (40 ) to know how this is going to play out by the feel of it already. Anyway i found the first session very encouraging.
