Default Neuropathy Meeting on Thursday Night.

Hi All.

Just wanted to let you know that they Neuropathy Association is having it's monthly meeting on Thursday night.

Here's the info.

Name: The Manhattan Pn Support Group
Schedule: 3rd Thursday of each month
Time: 6-8 PM
Site: CBS building 51 W. 52 St.
(East of 6th Ave. Take elevator to 33F.)
-------------------------------------------------------------------

I just got off the phone with Irene (she monitors the meetings). She informed me that they are having a fantastic speaker, A Dr. Carey, who is going to talk about alternative treatments for PN, not just giving people drugs for the pain.

So we shall learn new things at this meeting. I shall be sure to update all of you about what transpires at this meeting. I might even bring my camera and take photos and post them. (if I can remember to do this, but my memory really stinks sometimes).

So if any of you can get to the CBS Building on Thursday evening, you'll see what the PN Support Group talks about.

Melody

I want to find a pn or pain meeting somewhere near me. I found some but it is phone support and that is not the same. I have been going to my other meetings but it is different for this and would love to hear speakers on this. Melody thanks for giving us the information and I know you will keep good notes. You would be a good speaker at one of these.

Daniella:

What is the city in which you live? I'll try and find a neuropathy support group near you (if one exists).

Daniella:

Here's the link to the Neuropathy Support Groups in California.

Just click and if you see a city near where you live, they give all emails and phone numbers. Good luck hon.

I also live in Ventura and I am trying to find a local support group for PN or others with PN in this area.
