Default I think I've some ideas...

by what I THINK you mean by this, but, maybe? Some examples could be more easily grasped? I realize that you are light years ahead of me here!

By enzymes do you mean stuff on a basic or more detailed metabolic panel?

I only ask as I feel too that this should be an area WE all should be more 'informed' about, but I for one [being chemistry impaired/intimidated] wallow in facts and wrestle with them all to make sense.

I always seem to approach this aspect with a lot of well, confusion and then..? maybe even more confusion.

It's an area that turns ME to total mush...wish it weren't so...SO?
