I'm so sorry to hear they did that to you - as you know we share the same company and they certainly dont care about the patient - they just hope you give up the fight - as you know - instead of pursuing the case..... I'm glad to hear that you are moving so quickly and got the appointment at Mayo - I'm sure that the courts will rule in your favor with Mayo behind you, and if your tests have been positive in the past - doubt they are going to change.

I'm still in limbo from my "review" - afraid to get the mail at this point - but all of a sudden I've had a review from the State and SSDI come in also - maybe a coinincidence but these guys we are dealing with are something else....

I'm trying to get my head together (difficult with brain fog and fatigue) enough to comb back through that letter, paragraph by paragraph, and form a decent rebuttal, or at least point the lawyer in the right direction of which specific records contradict the LTD company's "findings".

One thing I did over the past few days was figure out a budget to get me through this crisis. I won't be able to stick to it if ANYTHING unexpected happens financially (which is the rule rather than the exception, right?), but I feel better for having made the effort.

Too tired to think of what else I was gonna say.
