Sue, I am glad it helped Bob & another i just remembered was the herb " slippery Elm ", it does as the name suggests but more so for less severe constipation, compared to what i mentioned before.

My Lyrica is constipating.
I use 'Fiber Sure' in 4 oz of H2O along with my a.m. & p.m. meds. (2 or 3 x day is best). Also, drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
I also eat 'Fiber One' chewy multi-grain bars ( 9 gr. fiber- each bar) one or two per day.They taste good, too.
(I like the chocolate & oats the best.)
