My husband and I are leaving for Rochester in the morning. I have consultations with the ENT and the pulmonary doc on Wednesday, and barring any further testing, a final wrap-up with the rheumatologist on Thursday. I am going to put together tonight a list of questions to ask during the appointments so that I will feel more prepared.
So by Thursday afternoon, if all goes as planned, I should know the results of the heart, pulmonary, CAT scan and blood tests. I should also find out if I will be switching to stronger medication. And I hope to get a referral to a long-term rheumatologist who will take this Sjogren's diagnosis seriously (the neuro at Mayo said to call HIM should my neuropathy worsen or if I have another stroke-like episode). So I guess I will "see" you all again next year! Happy New Year! fanfaire
