Kudos to getting thru all those tests - sounds like you had a great workup and discovered much - and was worth it.... In regards to Sjogrens - is the goal to try to keep it in check as to rain in further complications?

A baseline is critical - and from the best place around..... I hope you can continue to get tested as needed, and in regards to the disablity - should be the combo of how everthing affecting you that is important - so wish you best in that area too!

Take care,

Yeah, about the best one can do with Sjogren's is to slow its progression. There isn't really any medication specially formulated for this ailment; most immuno-supressants work better on stuff like rheumatoid arthritis. But not treating it at all could lead to some serious consequences.

I am hoping that the Imuran might reduce my fatigue. I haven't researched it enough yet to know if it ever has that effect. And I definitely need to find out if it will help with the neuropathy.

One thing I hope the asthma treatment will provide is an opportunity to ease back into using my non-impact glider. I haven't been able to do any exercise (other than aquacise) in over a year due to shortness of breath and fatigue. I need to be patient as it takes months to be able to go from sedentary to 20 minutes on an exercise machine, but having a goal would be awesome.

Oh, and one little note on Rochester: they have a delivery service for 28 local restaurants! My husband and I split an order of Indian food sent to our hotel room. It was three kinds of marinated chicken (not spicy) baked in a clay oven with a side of jasmine rice.

Still in kind of overwhelmed mode. Think I'll call it a night and sit down tomorrow with a glass of blueberry tea and see how much info my foggy brain can handle then.
