Hi everyone,
I can honestly say that I am feeling good! I have had neuropathy for 8 years now and for most of them there was always pain. Of course there was a time when just stepping caused great pain and typing was very hard to do. I resisted my doctors advice for many years and finally gave in this summer with the hopes to stop the pain. I started taking Cymbalta. This is the forst time I ever tool an antidepressant and I swore I was not depressed. I began in JUly and by mid auguat I had gotten to 60 mg a day. That is where I stay. I take it at bedtime and it helps me sleep. Now I am beginning to cut back on the neurontin (I take 2800 mg/day) Anyway, I feel great! I have energy and I am sleeping. Dorothy |
