Lumps along tendons can be ganglions:
http://hcd2.bupa.co.uk/fact_sheets/html/ganglia.html Or lipomas (from improper use of fats). http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic2720.htm Some people make hard calcified lumps when injured...they typically go away by themselves. But get evaluated by a doctor. There are nodules that form during rheumatoid arthritis processes, but they are typically large, associated with joints like the elbow, fingers, and not numerous. There is a genetic disease called neurofibromatosis, that has nerve tumors that develop, but if you had this most likely it would have shown up earilier in your life. (not likely) Gout...may cause deposits along tendons, and a blood test is needed to evaluate it.
