Default We all know there may be a penalty to pay later--

--but still, the psychological benefits of an occassional overindulgence often outweigh the physical debilitation . . .

I'm feeling a bit under the weather digestively this AM--I'm very acidy. This is likely because I ate half a gluten-free pumpkin pie yesterday. It is so rare that I get a good baked good into me that I went at it like it was the last one on earth last night, but obviously something disagreed with my digestive tract as I've got wonderful heartburn and gas today (I NEVER get the former; the latter, well . . .)

I'm going to have a nice acidophilous laced yoghurt and then curl up with the Ipod.

Glad you feel better, Mrs. D. (Those mashed potatoes sound good right now.)
