Default Dosage of Alpha Lipoic vs. R Lipoic?
Can anyone advise on dosage for R Lipoic? I have been taking 600 mg of alpha lipoic (300 mg 2x day). Just ordered R Lipoic - how much would equal the 600 mg of alpha? Thanks!
