Default OT? Moving again help?

I am lost people and would like some input. I moved to Ca from Mi because the cold really effects my leg pain because I loose circulation which then adds to pain. Well since I moved here I have been dealing with a horrible case seborrheic blepheritis that has been going on 4 months and I have been to 6 eye docs and 13 apts. Today I found out and sort of maybe thought that the change of weather because of lack of humidity in Ca and the wind could be the reason. I have never had such dandruff and dry skin. It may of course be a fluke. All I know is this eye issue is painful and will not clear up. What do I do take the chance and move back and deal with next winter next year or stay here and hope this gets better.Could move to Fl but my gramps is near there and that is going to add to mental stress.I wonder what other warm all year round states would be good for this eye issue? When I moved here I looked up so much on weather for the leg pain cause very cold is bad very bad and rain is not good either. I have tried so many eye meds and now am trying a derm treatment to see if I can get at the underlying cause which is seborrheic dermititis. I feel I have no luck. I do like Ca but since I have been here has been one battle after another. It is almost a joke. Any thoughts?
