I also have numbness on the left side of my face in the cheek area.

I do think I have a bit of vertigo. It is very slight but I can still sense a feeling of "wobblyness" when walking or turning around. I have noticied a couple of times, when walking, that my husband or son will reach out as if to catch me. So someting is happening. I am not certain it is the neuropathy or the meds....
