Default Ooops

What in the world is going on with yourself? Did you injure yourself. Did you pull a "Billye". Not trying to be nosy but I'm worried. Anything I can do even long distance?

Hugs Girl!

Billye

Remember I told you about craigslist. I found someone to help me when I moved from Ca and it was not very expensive. I made a post and then contacted some others. What took them an hour would of taken me days. You know those patches you can cut and place them that way. Please be careful cause the heat and so much work with health issues is something to watch out for. Hang in there

Lightbulb I am sorry you are still suffering...

I was hoping you'd have some relief from that procedure.

You know, I recall back when you first came on to the forums, that I suspected the knee surgery then. I know MY knees refer to the feet. (I am just adjusting to tons of stairs, and already I have pain since returning from my vacation!).

When I put the Lidoderms on my knees, I put them behind them, just above where the bend is on the thigh side.
I get very good results from them there. (that location also refers down to the feet too). I cut one in half, for each knee. I don't think a whole one is needed and most likely will be wasted.

Default Thanks Mrs D

I didn't realize the Lidoderms should be on the back of the knee. I saw a PA yesterday (emergency). She definitely thinks I have a kneecap that is adhered to the skin and probably is pulling a muscle too. I see the ortho who now has a letter from the vascular surgeon telling him the same thing. My husband is going with me. If he won't look at the knee we will see another ortho. Seems that if this ortho thinks you need replacements he will jump at it (big money). But in the meantime I'm using a Lidoderm on my sacrum and one on the left knee.
