Default One teeny word of caution tho????

Do NOT chomp down your synthroid or such along with your other vites! Be sure to take it at LEAST an hour away from other meds....especially calciums. Read the 'taking it' directions and they are specific about it in the fine print.
That way you get more bang 'effectiveness' for your pills than you would otherwise.
I take it in the AM on a very empty stomach and the rest is downhill from there, I guess?
Best to be safer than otherwise. Good luck! - j

The endo on my HMO is apparently not great, so I will have to self refer.

Thank you again, the information you provided has definately opened up my eyes.

A GP has given you those high doses? That is amazing!
(and terrible) Without proper testing?

Good luck to you! Post your updates when you get to see the endo, please, for us.
