Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhh I don't think so never heard about it anyway. In Holland the 'normal' people, which I think I am don't have credit cards very often. Just only business people and so. Also paying by bank on the internet is quite new here.
It's only Europe you know, lots of farmers and wooden shoes and that sort of things around here
