Is this guy a neurologist, or a PCP/Internist, ..... or what?

Sounds as if he has some sort of a 'theory' that he's trying to prove,
using patients as Guinea pigs. Wants to publish a paper.....

It would make as much sense to inject Botox, like they do (experimentally) for spinal cord injury patient's,
uncontrollable spasms.

Maybe you should start hunting for another doc ?
