Thanks for the responses. I know in may of this year the sensory nerves were being effected in my arms but not the motor nerves.

Curious what my study will show next month.

No pain yet. Just uncomfortable like a warning cramp. I used to get those in my legs. Now I get the full blown muslce cramps.

An easy way to see if the cramps subside is to take magnesium, or use the type of wrist/arm splints used for Carpal Tunnel - Ace Bandage Co - any good drugstore. Price on splints varies but it usually is only $about $15.00.
