Default Anyone try a Caudal Epidural Steriod Nerve Block?

I went to the Pain Management Center for the first time today, and they increased my Neurontin to 2400mg, prescribed Ultram and also want to schedule me for a nerve block. I have Pudendal Neuralgia. Has anyone had one of these types of nerve blocks, was it effective, and how long did it last to relieve the pain? Is it worthwhile or a temporary fix? thank you
