Default I am becoming......

more and more leary and suspicious of OTC and prescribed supplements. Now I will be even more so?
I've read of many folks and I myself experience the new 'sensitivities' one can acquire about anything and everything in the way of foods, ingestives or topicals? I guess the best one can do is READ the labels and eliminate the seeming offenders and allow others in the door to 'try' and see.
We do seem to become 'fussy' tho. Don't we?
's to all and then some! - j
