Default Alan saw Dr. Theirl today!!

Of course he feels wonderful when he comes home.

He walks in the door and says "I'm never drinking milk again".

I said "when do you ever drink milk?" and he says "well, I eat yogurt".

I said 'that's ridiculous, why can't you drink milk".

He said "Dr. Theirl told me it causes inflammation".

Now, I just went online and all I found out was that Milk has certain enzymes that INHIBIT the Cox 2 things and it reduces inflammation.

So if any of you can straighten all this out, I would appreciate it.

My Salton Yogurt Maker arrived today and Alan insists he can't eat any more yogurt!!! Since yogurt is made from milk.

Sigh!!

lol
