We use to complain about our pains and the new condition we are in now, but let see if we gain any benefit out of it.

For example - I started a new hobby. Find myself read more then in the past. Come to know Yoga and Chi Kong and Pilates and find new friends.

This is a healthy attitude to have.

There is always something that we can find about our predicament whatever that may be, that can be positive.

You do have a positive attitude. I am not at the point of seeing it as a benefit of pn but I will say I have tried new things and pushed outside the box for a better way of life while tryng to accept the condition.
I took a beading class
Go to the movies which before this I had not been in 10 years and by the way I am 30 so a big part of my life
Take pleasures in simple things like a pretty day or a nice lunch out
Met new people that are like family
I see health as precious and how key it is to take care of ones body

Erm, Last summer I got to travel out of state. lol. (I went to Rochester MN)

I'm learning Yoga on Wii Fit as a new form of exercise. haha.
Although, I will admit, I would much RATHER be running on a treadmill.
