I have been messing about doing some balance tests. Well, it was all about as expected until I tried to stand on one foot.
How can a person forget that they can do longer lift their foot off the floor ? (sensorimotor neuropathy). Seems like that would be rather a large thing to forget. I really couldn't figure it out, why I couldn't stand on one foot for at least a couple of seconds (that is my good side, I usually manage at least about 5-6 seconds) but nope, I couldn't do it at all. Then I just got the giggles - honestly, I am just so dumb sometimes. To stand on one foot, you need to be able to lift the other foot off the floor, it is rather essential to the movement you understand. When i try to lift my leg off the floor, it may as well be superglued to the floor. I slide it along the floor when i walk. oh well, another day, another random act of stupidity hahaha raglet |
