Default Opposite of most but high b12?

I know I am the minority here but my b12 is very high and this is not a fluke. I had it tested multiple times. I used to take b complex about 1.5 years ago and it was then tested and my levels were 1500 so I stopped as my neuro said and it went to 2000. Now I have been off b complex and don't take b12 supplements for a year and half and my levels were tested this week and it came back 1473. No one seems concerned but I am wondering if this could be a sign of something or no. I have had so many tests for auto immune just went back for a repeat of another mri so on so am looking so to speak out of the box. I do have PN and RSD but for other possibles and why this is all happening. Any thoughts and thank you
