My pleasure hon. I found a hobby that inspired ME. I sprout my food in my kitchen and have been doing this for many years now. The health benefits alone are through the roof (especially broccoli sprouts).
You don't need any special equipment, (colanders do just fine). You get organic seeds from any good sprouting sites on the web. You take a teaspoon of whatever seeds you wish (I sprout radish, broccoli and fenugreek seeds), and you start by taking two tablespoons of seeds in a little jar and fill with water so they soak overnight. Next day you get a colander and spread them around. Cover it. Pour water twice a day for 5 days. Draining WELL. You won't believe what turns up in 5 days. If you wish, I'll post a link to my videos which show it all. Also I'm SPROUTLADY MELODY on facebook if you wish to look me up and you'll see that my profile picture is all my food. I've had people come in my house, walk over to my sprouts and go "ooooh and aaaah. lol It's a very soothing hobby that feeds me. Take care, Melody
