Default Cymbalta Dosage Upped

HI Folks....

As per Dr. Latov, I raised my Cymbalta dosage to 120mg. That was on this past Saturday. 60mg twice per day. I am also on Gabapentin 3600mg per day. I feel drowsy and some aches and pains like when I first started Cymbalta, but I was wondering, how long should I wait before I say this is not working. I had a partial response to the 60mg...pain free days etc. I guess now I am feeling side effects of upped dosage....but will it take 2 -4 weeks before I know? Any thoughts/insight will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark
