Default Gamma globulin

I have a friend with Nueropathy. She goes to a clinic where she receives
gamma globulin infusion once a week. Has anyone tried Nueropathy Clinics and has anyone tried gamma globulin infusion?

This is called IVIG. Most of the time it is used for autoimmune types of neuropathy.

It is very expensive. But over the years has been used more commonly for neuropathy and other problems.
This website has a list of what IVIG is used for today, and it is pretty long:

I agree that most of the time it is used for autoimmune diseases. It is not for someone with CMT. Just so that someone with CMT reading this would know.
