I googled conduction block : conduction block a blockage in a nerve that prevents impulses from being conducted across a given segment although the nerve beyond is viable.
Given that I had zero response is it safe to say that what I have then is a conduction block? Which then means that I have CIDP, which the makes sense why they are testing me the way they are. (spinal tap, EMG #4, And possibly nerve biposy) Well, I guess I should count my blessings. There are treatment options for CIDP. |
