Lucky,
Last month I had surgery that is usually done with a spinal block however the anesthesiologist was concerned about my PM and went with the general anesthesiology ( I have been put under 4 times since having PN and cannot count back past 97). Do you suffer from GERD please let us know the procedure. Good Luck
