He will be taking it home with him when he leaves me here, so he can work a bit more and earn more vacation.

For the carnitine...take that in 3 doses during the day. There is a limit on how much the intestine will absorb at a time.So if you take them all at once some will be wasted.

The CoQ-10 does not have that effect that I know of.
Is this the one with Bioperine added? If so for 3 caps you will get 15mg of Bioperine which I think is too much. Recommended max for it is 10mg/day.

Instead take just one of the CoQ-10 100mg with Bioperine and when you use them up, buy another brand that is gel enhanced instead, and then you can take 300mg at once.
Yes is has Bioperine so I will do that, thanks. It's a small bottle so it won't last long.

Thanks so stopping in on us mrsD! Have a great time, hope you feel great!!!

Marty I am so sorry and I hear what you are saying but you deserve to be well. Your family I am sure understand that you did not choose to have health problems. I understand if finance wise you just can't but if there is any way I think you should think about it. Would it not be nice to have something you could change to make you well like gluten for ex. In the long run it would save money.
Hope as a person who has had anorexia for years on and off and had a little relapse but doing well in recovery again I know the battle to remain healthy through the depression etc. I guess for me everyday when I want to feel numb or cope with food things I remind myself that I don't want more health problems and that there are many things I can't control with health but many like eating I can. It is very hard though but reaching out, trying to find hobbies I can do,etc sometimes helps. I truly mean that I am here anytime just a pm or email away.
Thanks Daniella,
I think I will go in and get tested for gluten. I haven't even had to pay my copay this year yet because my doctor just writes my scrips for me as long as I go in for my physical yearly and that's paid by my work. Money issues are big for us right now but I cant do the gluten free thing without really knowing.

Marty
