Default What to do for back problems?

Hi,

I have several problems that are causing Peripheral Neuropathy.

I went to the Neurologist and had a second Nerve Conduction test done last week.

The latest test showed a worsening of the spine. My feet are very painful.

I cannot take Steroid shots due to problems with Lyme Disease.

Could anyone tell me what they have tried to help with the back problems.

Thanks.
