Some feel ice helps, others like warmth

If you have sensorimotor polyneuropathy, and it alreally affected your feet, legs and hands can it spread to any other area of your body?
Yes, it can-but not necessarily so.

Hope you don't mind that I am asking all these question? Just wonder how much PN affects you and what you do for temporially relief.
Everyone is affected differently and there are many different temporary relief remedies.
