Hi again. Oh yes a fan on my legs sends tha pain up so high and feels almost like a shot to the leg. I know for me I do not stretch or use my body freely. I am getting better with that as now I can wiggle my toes where as before Ic ould not. I think it keeps me very stiff not moving and having good range of motion. Since you feel water helps you may want to look into pool therapy in a very warm pool. Just like nide says what helps one person may not another and I know for me it can vary from time to time. So it is about finding what works for you that is even with meds.Hang in there and sending happy thoughts your way
