Wiggling my toes to stretch them
or 'cat stretching' my legs/ankles/feet/arches causes terrible 'charley horses' in my lower legs & calves. They won't subside, immediately, either and I'm 'cramped-up' for about 5-10 mins. Sometimes, I'll wakwe up to find that i've stretched in my sleep and the cramps wakes me with a jolt of searing pain, and a 'charley horse' Hurts awfully. I have to pound on my muscles with my fists to try to relax them
