This sounds to me like neuropathy. I have the reverse form which is extremely hot. The meds that the doc prescribed to me were Lyrical and Cymbalta. I also have the sleeping problem.

Side effects are not good but with the pain that I have, it's worth it. I would see a neurologist for an accurate diagnosis.

Hi Sunnydee,
My symptoms are similar but I have a hard time describing them. I always refer to it as my feet burning like they do when I am out in the snow and they get too cold. I also wear heavy socks all the time. I also suffers from insomnia and have started Ambein for sleep. Like daniella I also have PN & RSD.
