Default Nap Pads sound

great! At least that may help prevent them from climbing into a laundry basket full of clean clothes just out of the dryer and --- warm

Things are going much better with the kitties now. They're becoming good friends but they wrestle a lot. She's getting bigger and stronger so she can keep up with him most of the time. He still gets too rough sometimes though and they have to be separated. She's jumping and exploring now too.

She does something that's hilarious and adorable. We have these little furry fake mice and if she finds one she starts "killing it" and starts hissing and growling if anybody comes near her. She also runs with it in her mouth.
.
Rocky won't even get near her when she's "killing" one of these mice. Her momma was an outdoor cat and very tough and scrappy and I'm sure she learned this from her.

She sounds adorable, Wiz. I just love looking at her picture. She's beautiful!

Wink

Sounds like fun... watch out for nicknack damage...overturned things ...crash bam....

When Tippy played with our male (who died a stupid death), she would scream bloody murder! This egged him on and they would just go at it! When we got Oreo to replace the poor male, Tippy did her scream thing and scared the beejeebers out of Oreo who never got rough again. Oreo didn't understand the scream of "passion" I guess? They still play, but it is more chase "me" and hide and seek stuff. No wrestling.

BTW our heat mats are a great success! Tippy now has two of them and is not begging for food so much either! Just in time for the first blizzard of the year!

This was a wrestling match last week! They still need to be supervised most of the time, but they're getting along better each day.

Thumbs up

Wow, Rocky is gorgeous too!
And I see he is teaching her the "love bite" already! LOL

Both my hubby and I are amazed they eat so close together.
We have separate stations much farther apart...3 females won't do this...at least in our house. We have 2 places, and one waits.
Sometimes only one at a time in the whole room!

I see her eyes are changing already!

She started going for his dishes on the first day here. He didn't get upset about it then so I was hopeful that I'd be able to get them on the same feeding schedule eventually.

With our last two cats, we had one that ate upstairs forever! And there were such battles over the dish situation.
.
It was a male and female also, but she was older when we got her (the second cat.)

Tiger Puff was very overweight and Sweet Pea was a stringbean. You can imagine how it would be to keep the overweight kitty out of the nibbler's dish. It was a constant struggle. Also, I'm trying to set the rules that Rocky can't tease Daisy when she's in the litter box (and vice-versa.)

Tiger used to terrorize poor Sweet Pea whenever she was pottying. (And Tiger was nearly identical to Rocky in color and disposition.
.

Sweet Pea was very similar to Daisy too, another adorable Tortie.

Daisy had her first shots today, her last de-worming dose and got weighed and checked at the vets. She weighs 2.04 lb now.
.
She fell asleep on the couch and guess who laid down next to her and started to give her a bath?
.

(You guys are gonna go nuts if I ever have grandkids!)
