Teeth Dubious honor

We have two long-haired cats (did have three) and sometimes they have, well, "problems" when they leave the cat box...sometimes there is something dangling from or sticking to them that should have been left in the litter.

I am locally famous for trying to check discretely, especially if one of them has been in the box longer than usual, so I can head off an unfortunate carpet incident if necessary.

Usually this involves just glancing as the potential offender walks by. If I sniff a reason to be suspicious, I might upgrade to gently lifting a tail for a better look.

My dubious honor? My kid calls me the Butt Police.
