Good thinkin' on the hair cut!
Our Ozzy hates it, but always feels better when it's done. He's a pomeranian and lives to grow hair. . He gets so fuzzy there is no space between him and the ground, so he can barely move. He needs a shave at least every 2 months. My poodle used to LOVE her groomer. She'd practically dance afterward, showing off how pretty she was with the bow on her head. Some dogs really love to be clean and trimmed - obviously, your is one of them. . She probably feels this is how you show your love and care. This is one of the things that does not make her anxious, but calm. She has good memories about it. I bet she also enjoys a bit of brushing as that makes her figure *a person who brushes me is keeping me, plans to take good care of me in all sorts of ways*. Offering a safe place (den of sorts under your desk) probably makes her feel secure too. I'm glad she's doing so much better. Keep up the good work and let us know how she's doing. .
