Well, I like to think the long leather coat is more of a Highlander (Adrian Paul) thing.

I was very surprised one day, when my former work partner, who is very "square" and short, came in off duty for something,
and was wearing one like it. Talk about alternate personalities...sheesh!

I think leather fashion for men got a huge boost by the Highlander (Immortal) shows and movies.

I find that the photos my son is doing very exciting.
He is very very good with that camera and has only been at it
since I bought him a small digital 3 yrs ago for his B-day. (he helped us naviagate my new camera, and then wanted one himself). He has moved on to an SLR Pentax, has a 200m zoom he bought on ebay, and has light set ups, tripods, even a camera umbrella! He took the pics of my recent sculptures,
the "crystal" spheres that look so nice.
He really is interested in extreme closeups...and I think that reflects his early blindness. When he was an infant he could only see very close up, and so he examined things that way.
That is what tipped me to his eye problems, since the doctors were clueless. He got very strong glasses at 8mons and improved some, and then deteriorated significantly during the teens. I was a bit worried about him this summer, as he was stumbling around with his new glasses...I don't think they are made correctly! (but all I got from him was "A
.
Ma" )
