While The Little Prince is short on words, limitted to howling when he has used the loo and wants it cleaned

, I have heard my friends cat make the strangest human-like sounds that sounded like words. I am more likely to question the source of where you saw this rather than actual possibility of such "cat talk". You see a lot of creative stuff posted on U tube. Best wishes.
