There is a parsley product at some groceries check outs, but I forgot the name. In little plastic dispenser boxes like tic tacs.

I think cilantro is also used as a detox in general.

If you take the fish oil with food, and then enough water etc, it usually moves on and dilutes out.

Most people call this "fishy burps". You might take it earlier in the day, and not at night before bedtime. That is when most things come back on you.

Mrs. D,
I've been taking the mega-red krill oil for a couple years now. I don't have cholesterol issues, so i have no feedback in terms of its effectiveness in regard to lipids. I started out taking 1 cap a day, but about 1 year ago increased it to 1 twice a day. Any thoughts on dosing, Mrs. D?

I have seen some people responding to blogs, who take 3 a day.

But I only take one a day. I think this is pretty benign stuff, so if you can afford it, see how it works for you.

I do see improvements in skin with that red antioxidant in it...The Krill oil has that double thing working for you too that fish oil does not.

This is still new to me, so as long as you are not having any troubling side effects, you can alter your doses as you think best.
