Yes, my bottle has sucralose, and mannitol in it.
The Puritan's Pride bottle I have does not... it has mannitol listed. I don't seem to react negatively to sucralose. But I don't consume much or any significant amount of it daily. Most B12's are still made for sublingual use...so have a flavoring in them or sweetening agent. Jarrow does not have sucralose either: http://www.jarrow.com/product/58/Methyl_B-12 This is available in iherb.com and Amazon.
