Ketamine is a NMDA antagonist... like the magnesium.
But the clonidine shows promise. A Clonidine topical gel is in phase III trials now, and may pass and become an RX item soon. NSAIDs are typically in compounded creams. Voltaren gel for example is already on RX here in US. I am not sure about the baclofen... how useful it is topically.
