Hi Nate,

After not sleeping for months for more than a few hours a night my Dr prescribed an antidepressant Avanza that helps me sleep - that was great - but i found i was having dreams that woke me up too - some about my attack others variations with the ending where usually I died or someone else was hurt badly - I started seeing a psychologist and he helped me work through things and now I don't have as many dreams and sleeping makes a huge difference - are you seeing someone? don't let the stigma stop you - if you need help get it - I wouldnt be here today if I hadnt.

I really hope things get better for you soon
